Ahhhh – lunchboxes! Most of us have to pack at least one most mornings. As much as we’d love to say our kids are sent to school with stainless steel bento boxes brimming with mouse-shaped strawberries and heart-shaped handmade sushi rolls, the reality is quite different.
I reckon I went through around 10 different lunchbox set ups when my eldest was in Kindy. Working out how much to put in, what she would eat, what was healthy, what would stay fresh enough etc. etc. That was compounded by curve balls such as Crunch & Sip, Nude-Food and “everyone else’s lunchbox”.
But after packing around 1400 lunchboxes over the last few years (give or take), I’ve started to see some patterns in what works and what doesn’t – and I reckon you have too.
With our collective experience, we would love to help out other parents who are either school newbies next year, or veterans struggling with some aspect of lunchbox packing.
To that end, we would like to invite you to join in with our quick survey, either by filling in the form below, or visiting the page here.
It will only take a few minutes of your time, we promise! It asks you to respond in relation to one lunchbox in particular, but you can complete it as many times as you like if you have multiple lunchbox experiences! It will also give you an opportunity to ask questions, or pass on your favourite lunchbox tip.
If you’re interested in the results, you can leave your details at the end and we will send out an email when it’s complete.
We also ask you to forward this on to as many mates as you can think of. The more the merrier and we would really appreciate your help in sending this survey out into the world!
Lots of love, and thank you for helping us out.
